At KUGOO Official, we want you to be fully satisfied with your electric scooter purchase. If you are not completely happy, you can return your unused product in its original packaging within 14 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Email our customer service team with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare the Product

  Ensure the scooter is clean, unused, and packed securely in its original box with all chargers, manuals, and accessories included.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Affix the provided shipping label to the package and drop it off at the designated carrier location; please retain your tracking receipt for confirmation.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the item's condition at our warehouse, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
